FAFCON did not emerge from a vacuum; rather, it is an extension of an institutional journey that began in 1973 when the first commercial activity in Saudi Arabia was launched with a clear vision and ambition that transcended profit to build real value and serve the community.
The launch of commercial activity and the establishment of "Al-Fadhli Commercial Establishment," which specialized in importing and distributing medical devices, contributing to supporting the healthcare sector in the Kingdom at a stage that required the transfer of knowledge and modern technologies.
External relations expanded to transfer the latest global technologies to the Saudi market, establishing a corporate culture based on quality and international standards.
Establishment of UTECH for interactive technologies and mobile phone technologies, a step reflecting foresight into digital transformation and keeping pace with technological development.
Transition from an establishment to an integrated commercial entity through the founding of "Fouad Abduljalil Al-Fadhli Partner Commercial Company," forming a more advanced administrative and organizational base for the group.
Establishment of FAFCON as a specialized executive arm for utilities and infrastructure projects, integrating civil, electrical, and mechanical works according to the highest safety and quality standards, to meet the requirements of electricity network operators in the Kingdom.
Since that date, FAFCON has gradually focused on the electricity sector and power stations, becoming today a company specializing in electrical substation works, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.
Adding new activities within the group in multiple fields, which enhanced institutional integration and expanded the base of technical and administrative expertise.
